Uzorak rashladnog elementa za hladno kovanje aluminijuma isporučen je kupcu na odobrenje

    2 weeks ago,  we got the hard tooling notice from the Germany customer. They needed tooling sample for the LED heatsink mass production. Sinda Thermal finished and shipped the 5 pcs hard toolimg sample of this LED heatsink to customer today, the aluminum LED heatsink is made by cold forging process. We will wait for customer final approval before running the mass production.

     Cstaro kovanje je tehnički proces oblikovanja i kovanja profila na sobnoj temperaturi. Materijali za hladno kovanje su uglavnom aluminijum i neke legure, bakar i neke legure sa niskom otpornošću na deformacije i dobrom plastičnošću na sobnoj temperaturi. Hladno kovanje može dovesti do radnog očvršćavanja tokom obrade profila i povećati čvrstoću i tvrdoću.
